Aelun sessions combine three intuitive practices to support your whole being in sacred silence:

Reflexology
Focused pressure is applied to specific points on the feet and hands — reflecting and influencing the state of your entire body. Reflexology encourages energy flow, balances organ function, and can offer profound relaxation and systemic support.
Intuitive Massage
A flowing, personalized form of bodywork that adapts moment by moment to your body’s signals. It may involve deep tissue techniques, gentle strokes, or still holding. The aim is not to “fix” but to listen, respond, and allow tension to naturally soften.
Energy Healing
